These Terms of Service apply to purchases made from Peaks & Shores. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Business-to-Business Sales

Peaks & Shores is a business-to-business supplier. Our products are sold to jewellery artists, makers and other businesses for use as part of their professional or commercial activities.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for business purposes and not as a consumer.

Products

We aim to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. As with all manufactured jewellery components, minor variations in measurements, finish or appearance may occur.

Please check all product descriptions, dimensions, materials and ring sizes carefully before ordering.

Our jewellery is supplied as unfinished blanks intended to be completed or customised by the purchaser.

Exclusive Designs

Designs identified as exclusive Peaks & Shores designs have been developed specifically for our collection.

Purchase of our products does not transfer ownership of our designs or grant permission for them to be copied, reproduced or manufactured by another supplier.

You are, of course, welcome to customise our blanks and sell the finished jewellery you create from them.

Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

Payment must be made in full when placing your order. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed.

Delivery

Orders will be dispatched to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. Peaks & Shores is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their delivery information is correct before completing an order.

Returns & Faulty Items

As Peaks & Shores operates on a business-to-business basis, purchases are not covered by consumer cancellation rights.

We do not accept returns for change of mind.

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs so that we can arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Items that have been filled, engraved, altered, worn or otherwise worked on cannot be returned.

Working With Our Products

Our products are supplied for use by professional makers. It is the purchaser's responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for their intended application and to use appropriate materials, techniques and processes when creating their finished jewellery.

Once a blank has been altered, filled, engraved or incorporated into a finished product, responsibility for the workmanship and suitability of the finished piece rests with the maker.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item may become unavailable after an order has been placed. If this happens, we will contact you and offer a refund or suitable alternative where available.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peaks & Shores will not be responsible for indirect or consequential business losses arising from the use, alteration or resale of our products.

Intellectual Property

The Peaks & Shores name, branding, website content, photography and exclusive jewellery designs remain the intellectual property of their respective owner.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order.
