Shipping Policy

We aim to pack and dispatch Peaks & Shores orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

UK Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the UK using a tracked delivery service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will depend on the size and value of your order and the delivery service selected.

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–3 working days.

During particularly busy periods or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-Orders

Products listed as pre-order will include an estimated dispatch date on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may be held and dispatched together once all items are available.

International Delivery

International shipping may be available to selected destinations. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout where available.

International buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and must be paid by the buyer where applicable.

We recommend checking your country's import requirements before placing an order.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our control.
